Do I have to use you for both my website and my network?
No. You can hire Grid & Gigabit for just a website, just a network, or both. Having one partner for both is a bonus, not a requirement.
Will I see my website before it's built?
Yes. Every website starts with a custom-designed mockup of your homepage so you can react to a real design before the full build begins.
What network equipment do you use?
Networks are built on the Ubiquiti UniFi platform — Wi-Fi access points, switching and gateways, with cameras as an option.
Can you work with my existing website or network?
We'll look at what you have during the Discover step and recommend whether to improve it or start fresh.
How much does a website cost?
Website builds are a one-time price: $349 for a one-page Starter site, $649 for a Standard site of up to 5 pages, and $1,199 for a Growth site of up to 10 pages. You own your site. Add-ons like extra pages ($99) or logo design ($249) are priced individually.
How is a network project priced?
It starts with a free Wi-Fi walk-through. A written network design is $149 and is credited toward your install. A Network Starter install starts at $399 for labor, with hardware at cost/list, and additional access points are $99 each. On-site help is $109/hr. Every space is different, so you get a final quote after the walk-through. Network work is local to Ventura, Santa Barbara and Greater Los Angeles counties.
What does a care or managed plan include?
Website care is optional and monthly. Basic ($29/mo) covers hosting, SSL, security and uptime monitoring and 30 minutes of edits a month. Plus ($59/mo) adds 1 hour of edits, monthly backups and a report, and Google Business Profile updates. Pro ($129/mo) adds 3 hours of edits, priority support and a quarterly SEO and content refresh. Pay yearly and get 12 months for the price of 10. Managed networks start at $49 per site per month (Basic) or $99 (Plus).
Where are you located?
Grid & Gigabit is based in Southern California. Websites are built for businesses anywhere in the U.S., and on-site network work covers Ventura, Santa Barbara and Greater Los Angeles counties.
Do you work with businesses outside California?
Yes, for websites. Every website project, from the first consult to launch and ongoing care, can be handled fully remote, wherever you are in the U.S. UniFi network design, installs and management are local only, covering Ventura, Santa Barbara and Greater Los Angeles counties.
